Returns Policy

We want you to feel completely confident in your VitalWrap purchase. If it's not right for you, we offer 30-day free returns.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, for any reason. This is longer than the UK's standard 14-day statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — we've extended it because we want you to have real time to try VitalWrap.

Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a full refund, your VitalWrap must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all accessories included
  • Free from visible damage not caused by a manufacturing fault

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at aioptimised@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you confirmation and return instructions, including a free return shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back using the provided label
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to reflect the refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your VitalWrap arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at aioptimised@gmail.com within 30 days with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs — this doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Order Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel your order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible at aioptimised@gmail.com and we'll do our best to stop the order before dispatch.
